Important Ordering Information

Order Deadlines:
  • Catering: Order by 1:00 PM on the last working day before the event
  • Larger events (over 30 people): Order at least 1 week in advance
Delivery Time:
  • Please specify the exact delivery time when placing your order – preferably 15 minutes before your planned serving time, to ensure everything is ready on time.
  • If you choose to pick up your order yourself, it can be collected at the canteen, Building 4
  • If anything is unclear or you have questions, feel free to contact the canteen – by email, phone, or just drop by!

Delivery costs: A fee of NOK 280 per delivery applies for up to 10 people. For more than 10 people, an additional charge of NOK 30 per person will be added. If you have one delivery in the morning and another in the afternoon, you will be charged NOK 280 twice. This does not apply when ordering meeting packages – in that case, you will only be charged once per order.

To be able to order from this category, please register as a user and activate the account by pressing the activation link which will be sent to your mail. Afterwards, you must log in and return to this page where you can send a request to be approved to order.

Once your request has been approved by the canteen, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to make an order.

It may take up to 24 hours before the canteen has approved your request. Feel free to contact us if the request is urgent.
